Over the past year, weight lifting has quietly become one of the most meaningful parts of my routine. I’ve drifted in and out of fitness since I was fourteen, but in 2025 I developed a renewed appreciation for healthy living and physical strength. What began as a simple goal to lose a few pounds quickly evolved into something far more meaningful. I started setting intentions aroundmobility, longevity, and building strength rather than relying solely on extensive cardio. Lifting became about challenging myself, feeling capable, and investing in a stronger future. What was once just a hobby has grown into a lifestyle that has positively reshaped how I live each day, and it’s one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
